-This is just an introduction to Otaku, a glimpse into where the story is going –
Saotomi Hospital, a small overworked hospital where most of the people walking in for care were leaving trails of blood behind them. Saotomi Hospital was located in the town of (town). (Town) was once a quiet town, where a man could walk down the street in the dead of night without a worry. However, times have changed. It is now a hot spot for violent criminal activity, hence why this little hospital is overworked and majorly understaffed. And the people responsible for this change are not who you would suspect, they were not harden criminals or gangster that came in from another area. No, they were the children and young men of (town), men that were once considered to be nothing more than fanboys and shut ins, that only came out of their basement rooms during comic cons and anime conventions. Not the type that would be able to group up to form a knitting circle let alone rival gangs. But all that changed because of two men and their devotion they held towards their beloved heroes. These two men would pull these basement dwellers into the light and down the dark path of war. This time would later be referred to as “The War of the (name)”, and this is it’s story.
